DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
►I am overwhelmed and exhausted. Life seems to be all about running errands, being the one to remember EVERYTHING! Who knew I would be an unpaid personal assistant.
► There is a difference between how I want to show up and how I actually do each day.
► I am a happy person but I often feel irritated and even impatient.
► It feels impossible to get my sense of self back since becoming a mom. I literally have ZERO time for myself! Hiding in the bathroom gives me Zen!
